Didn’t work yesterday, didn’t work today. At least Axl put out the album when he said he would – thanx but no thanx, Dr. Pepper.
I did call, however I checked the website this morning and they extended the offer through 6pm EST today due to the technical difficulties.
The phone line doesnt even pick up until ten rings and then you have to talk to a robot to get your coupon. Thats where I hung up. So I guess I will dial for free stuff…but not talk to machines for free stuff.
I spent several hours yesterday trying to get on the website, but got no where. My roommate tried the helpline, but it was busy. You’d think that they would have been prepared for the heavy traffic for FREE SODA. But it was a downer.
Dr Pepper is a malpractic-ed liar.
I got a busy signal and the site does not load. What kind of marketing is this?!
I tried three times yesterday; didn’t work. Just tried for the second time today; still not working. Gee, thanks for the empty promise, Dr Pepper. I should start using the period after the “Dr” just to piss you off…
I didn’t have any problems signing in and getting my free Dr. Pepper just a few minutes ago.

I signed up for the coupon this morning, but I won’t hold my breath that I’ll actually get it. No big deal–I was just going to get it for a friend who actually likes the stuff.

I think I may have done it because it says I already used my e-mail address even though the coupon screen was blank. We’ll see.

Hey, it finally worked! After about ten total tries to log in…
I tried to access the Dr. Pepper website several times on Sunday, but I was never able to connect. Obviously, this was just a scam and I will never buy Dr. Pepper ever again! EPIC FAIL
It took me many tries and about 45 minutes but I was able to get my info to go through and got a message saying I’d get a coupon in 4-6 weeks.
I got timed out a few times, but eventually got through to sign up for the coupon. It was very slow though.
I tried numerous times with numerous email addresses on Sunday but had the same problems described here. Very frustrating. At least I’m not alone.
as soon as I heard that the deal was going through, I signed up for an account. that was about a month ago, so I didn’t have any troubles logging in and picking up my coupon. the only problem I have is waiting 4-6 weeks to receive it in the mail!
I never got through, I tired a couple of times but while I was able to fill out the information, it was very slow and never connected to give me the coupon, I gave up, not worth it
In response to DR. Pepper’s total screw up of this campaign, GNR’s lawyer is now suing them.
