After last week’s (sad? surprising? inevitable?) announcement that ex-Bachelorette Deanna Pappas broke off her engagement with Jesse Csincsak, it seemed that all couples who meet on the reality show are doomed (with the exception of Trista and Ryan, obvs).
Well, ladies and gents, looks like we can all believe in showmances true love again: word is Charlie O’Connell (as in Jerry’s little brother and Bachelor No. 7) and Sarah Brice, whom he offered the token final rose to back in 2005, are back together after they’d broken up last year. “I don’t want to jinx it,” Charlie said in an interview. “But it’s going great. We are taking it slow and not taking each other for granted this time. The future looks good!”

I’ve been watching the Bachelor since season 2, but I found Charlie’s season pretty boring.
This was the only season I ever watched. I loved them together and was so sad when they btoke up. I’m happy for them!

I’m over it. Good for Jerry’s little brother that they are deciding to have another go at the relationship sans cameras (thus far anyway), but the tv series as a whole: blah. I hadn’t watched any of the show until I got sucked into the latest season with Deanna. Afterwards I felt cheap and used. Even more so after hearing the engagement broken off. My momentary lapse has passed (I hope). Over it.
It won’t last, they never do. Trista & Ryan were the exception, no of the other one’s lasted either. It’s b/c Ryan is a complete sweetheart, she would have been a fool not to pick him. I wish them luck but we’ll see. I knew Deanna was out for fortune & fame from the beginning & that’s why she didn’t pick Jason, b/c I believe he was really looking for a LTR/love. Someone with a son does not want anymore fooling around/games, too old for that.
NOT over it! Charlie and Sarah are/were my favorite bachelor couple of all. They seemed more “real” – with the give and take, teasing etc. I was hoping bro Jerry’s settling down would make Charlie take another look, lol.
