Robert Pattinson is awesome. He is sure to have a long career after Twilight (which I kind of just want to come out already). Despite all the insanity surrounding him and the movie he is still warm, candid, and funny. I just want to give him a hug.

I’ve enjoyed every second of Rob’s interviews. There’s so much more I’d love to find out about him. Keep those 2000+ questions for another time EW.
This is an actor you really want to root for to be a huge star. There’s something different and wonderful about him. He makes me happy.

So, after November 21, this site stops becoming the Twilight Newsletter and returns to being EW? The previews look awful. I really think Joss Whedon should be getting a royalty check.

I am laughing at the fact that are so many Twilight haters out there. I happen to be one of those people who are over the moon at all of EW’s coverage of the film. As a loyal EW reader I have to sift through all the Heros, Sopranos, Grey’s Anatomy, superheros and other pop culture stuff that I have no interest in so everyone can just chill and sift through the Twilight stories. It is a genuine pop culture phenomenon that deserves coverage. deal with it.
I Love Robert .He is sooo talented yet very modest and down to earth
I find him revolting. Not washing his hair for 6 weeks??? He looks as bad as Colin Farrell and Orland Bloom. Why would any actor just not take care of their appearance? Ick, yuck, ick…
OMG im totally in love with rob because in this movie he acts so smooth and laid back and i believe that he is in real life if u read twilight then u will see why

But Anne that is precisely why we are so annoyed, Twilight is not that much of a pop culture phenomenon. To us “haters” it just feels like something EW is shoving down our throats so that it feels like it is the biggest thing in recent times. But the reality is, Twilight is like the equal of a TV show with mediocre ratings but has a rabid fan base, making it more like a cult hit than a mainstream hit.
I couldn’t agree more with the person who said that we have to sift through all the crap about Heroes, Grey’s Anatomy and other things I don’t care about at all…I couldn’t be more thrilled with all the Twilight coverage!! this movie will be PHENOMENAL, and it will break sooo many records!! when something is as much of a phenomenon as Twilight, of course it’ll get some haters as well, LOL, I just think its funny that people actually go out of their way to post comments on here…if you really want to read EW for other articles, then read the other articles and just don’t read the Twilight stuff! Just ignore it like I ignore all the Grey’s Anatomy/Heroes/all the other shows/movies I dont care about!! it’s that simple, LOL, I don’t know why more people can’t just understand that and stick to the articles that they are actually interested in…if you’re not interested in Twilight, why post here? LOL, it makes no sense to me whatsoever…

OK..Well I am the big fan of Twilight series and lookin forward to see the movie.Because we all dazzled by the character-Edward.But I am totally dissappointed with Rob Patterson. He is such a jerk, he doesnt fit in this character..ok well he has differnt charimg-I admit.. but he is always joking about his character and did not take Edward seriously..he even did not realize what kind of a world he had stepped in..And girls!!this is for you..if Catharine choose Sacha Baron Cohen to play, you crazy fans will be still love him..it doesnt matter for you-who is he?u just want it to be real-touchable..so keep dream this Rob(jerk) as Edward and make him cosseted
i am definitely looking forward to the film. im going to have to wait at least a week to see it so that ill actually have a decent seat in the theatre.
i like how robert hasnt become some stuck-up actor. i find that very attractive and i can respect him for that… im going to bummed when he become another actor that thinks the world revolves around him.
Johnny- i have to disagree with you. it’s not getting “shoved” down anyone’s throats. if you look on popular websites all around you’ll see it isn’t just ew.com, try perezhilton.com, tmz.com, even local news stations are getting in on the hype, check out cnn.com’s entertainment section where you’ll find bella swan. they give people what they want, and what people, girls, mom’s, 20somethings like myself, i want MORE TWILIGHT. it is a main stream hit. and it hasn’t even come out yet, the books have made it the success it will be.
OOOh and whoever made the comments that people posting on here who aren’t interested in the movie, or are “haters” it is a complete waste of your time to post here. you have every right to, but it’s silly to me that people post on articles they aren’t interested in. maybe its just me, but i NEVER post on forumns unless i’m interested or want to commend them. i’m confused that people come on to complain about how much they don’t like something, like someone who hates a show and keeps watching it so they can comment on how much they hate it….stop watching it then…hahaha!

if you dont like him dont watch him just leave it alone god. the boi is hot and i think he is perfect for the part of Edward. Hes like sweet and totaly down to earth just leave him alone.
Rob did not “take Edward seriously”?? He read all the books (except Breaking Dawn which wasn’t out at that point), he read the manuscript for Midnight Sun, he even said he didn’t talk to anyone for like 2 months to get into character. And he worked out like crazy at the gym, before the director told him to stop because he was starting to look like an alien.
I’m glad he doesn’t take himself too seriously. Despite all the fangirls screaming about how hot he is, he’s not conceited, and he’s charming. Rob is great, and if you don’t like him, then why are you watching these interviews?

i love that movie so much it was the best movie that i have ever seen and robert pattison played such a good part in it. good job with ditching the english accent. the book was better than the movie but i think if he keeps on making more of these movies they will keep gettin better. he is a pretty good actor and i love twilight its addicting i have already seen this awsome movies in the theaters five times and it took me less than a week to read the whole series this author rocks too !!!!!!!!! good job. robert rocks.
