Attention, BSG fans: an amazing collection of props and costumes from the Sci-Fi Channel show — soon to begin its final season — is scheduled to be sold at auction. Items include a full-scale Colonial Viper (we’re guessing the Mark II variant), Caprica Six’s skimpy red dress (Tricia Helfer not included), and Col. Tigh’s eye patch (!). The live auction will take place Jan 16-18 at the Pasadena Convention Center; an online auction for a limited number of less expensive items will begin the following Monday — a portion of proceeds from both sales will go the United Way. Start saving those frakkin’ dollars! [Wired]

Hey BSG – how ’bout selling Jaime Bamber’s towel?!?!?!

Holy frak, I would totally start an eyepatch Tuesday at work just to have an excuse to wear the prop all day.
I really appreciated Col. TIgh’s concession speech on Tuesday after Lee Adama won. But the woman with the glasses keeps going rogue.
