I still have to give the best view award to Lolla for the gorgeous Chicago skyline in the background, and the National at Lolla was my favorite of the festival season.

]]> http://popwatch.ew.com/2008/10/27/presenting-the/comment-page-1/#comment-298755 Mon, 27 Oct 2008 19:15:49 +0000 http://ewpopwatch.wordpress.com/2008/10/27/presenting-the#comment-298755 I went to Lolla, APW, and a few that weren’t mentioned, and was actually in the middle of the Rage pit (until my head was banged against the barrier and blood starting dripping), but for me, my best festival moment of all was Radiohead’s transcendent performance during night 2 of APW, though Broken Social Scene was pretty amazing during Siren and Girl Talk’s crazy-wild scene during Lolla was amazing.
Then again, my best concert experience thus far of 2008 was MMJ at Radio City in June, but that’s all just leading up to their New Year’s Eve show.
