I have to be honest, PopWatchers, the Apocalypse could have gone down this week and I would not have noticed. I was a little consumed with living out my lifelong dream of walking around NYC barefoot with Hanson, no big deal. Oh my God. I can’t believe David Archuleta is even being CONSIDERED for entertainer of the year. Actually, same with David Cook. If anything, give it to American Idol as a whole because these two were far from the most entertaining this year. That distinction belongs to Tina Fey and it will be a travesty if anyone else receives it.

I think the two David’s having their cd’s come out over the next two-three weeks has everyone’s adrenaline running high. I know mine is! David Archuleta not only has talent but is an unbelievable human being. He never has an unkind word to say and is changing peoples lives on a daily basis. Amidst all the hype he is still true to himself and remains just David! The award is for talent yes for which David surely has but it should also represent what a person can offer society as a whole. David Archuleta hands down!
