I thought it was one of the best political commercials that i’ve seen aired. It was funny and it got to the point…very entertaining

    Jo,
Assuming you read, where di you get theidea tha Obama is cutting taxes for the “rich”? He has stated the opposite on many occasions. IF you don’t believe him ,that’s your right, but at least be accurate. Sen McCain is proposing to reduce the taxes on corporations and capital gains (read as those who can invest in the stock market)- There is so much BS being circulated these days by uninformaed people on both sides of the arguments that Thomas Jefferson, who believed that an educated electorate was essential for a functioning demonctraically based society, must be turning over in his grave.

It’s kind of funny. He couldn’t have been any clearer, and yet, some people still don’t get it. It hasn’t worked people.. It’s time to move on.., in a different direction.

Not bad – better than a 2-minute lecture or watching one of the debates. Now let’s hear from the other side – Kelsey Grammar is a known Hollywood Republican…gather up some friends from Cheers and Frasier and make your your own pro-McCain video!

“McCain=Bush.. voted w/him 90%…” Well, Obama has voted with his fellow Democrats 96% of the time. Since Dems will soon completely control Congress, the same one that has done SUCH a good job recently, this will change…what?

  • Sarah Palin is God

President-Elect John McCain is not and has never been scared by the liberals that infest the state of California. Get used to these words – President-ELECT John McCain. It’s going to happen. Just you wait and see.

Love the video. Nice to see the Fonz now. Nothing has changed.
But the message is oke. It is a promo for Barack Obama but also an advise to vote.
    Good luck on November 4th.

THR you are a narrow minded dimwit! If someone is in a position to address millions of people because they are a well known figure then they should use that influence to educate and encourage others to do the right thing. It is not who you vote for, but the fact that you make the effort and get out there and let your opinion count!!We have enough sports figures showing our youth how to do drugs and carry illegal firearms. It is great to see a public figure trying to be a POSITIVE influence for a change.

A great video. Thanks to everyone involved.

So with the “New Coke” analogy you’re saying that we should just keep everything going exactly as is? Or is it that change isn’t better in your eyes unless it’s change like “toad” to “frog”, “storm cloud” to “thunderhead”, or “off-white” to “cream”? You know, the same…only different.
Zkczyk Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 02:13 PM EST What nonsense. How can Andy Griffith (or anyone else) assume a “change” to Barack Hussein Obama would automatically be for the better? Is change always better? Ask Coke how they did with that “new Coke” formula back in 1986.

I have one question. When the Dems took over in 2006 they said in the first 100 days they wold end the war, raise minimum wage, etc. How come raising the minimum wage is all they have done? Why haven’t they tried to win over the voters for the last two years by doing what they said they would do? Don’t blame it on Bush. He is only one person in the equation. Since the Dems own both houses we know the Repubs are in the minority and the minority cannot decide a vote. Why are Obama, Biden, Pelosi and Reid waiting until Jan. 20, 2009? Think about it folks!!

Funny skits. The bitterness of a few LOSERS doesn’t make it any less so.

  • John Woods

Zkczyk, comparing a different, yet viable, alternative (Democrat) to the corrupt and utterly failed current effort (Republican) to the failed replacement of a soft drink (Coke) with a different recipe (New Coke)? You have got to be kidding, right? God bless this country where even the absolutely dumbest of the dumb are allowed a voice.

You have made your money by entertaining the public. You should keep it at that and share your political opions with your friends and associates. AS THE REST OF AMERICA DOES and keep your vote private BECAUSE WE CAN……………

“We have the opportunity to elect an extraordinary president.” Based on what? Palin has more experience being in charge than he does. The man has done nothing but talk a good game and he is #2 on the list of people Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae gave money to. No wonder the Dems want to wait until after the election to “investigate the wrongdoing in the mortgage meltdown.”
