During last night’s Top Model, there was a brief moment when I gleefully thought that two of my favorite shows had collided at last. I’m talking when the mysterious man, encased in a green spandex suit, appeared on screen — and I thought, holy frijole, the girls are getting a visit from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’s Green Man (a.k.a. Charlie)! Alas, I was proven wrong as soon as he took off his hood and turned out to be the slightly less crazy James St. James. And though I quickly recovered from the letdown — thanks to a brilliantly manic, likely absinthe-laced bit in which Ty-ty told the girls they’d be going to Amsterdam — I couldn’t help but wish the real Green Man was there to spike Marjorie in the face with a ball.

I too noticed the use of the Sunny music. And then when a green man appeared I assumed it couldn’t be a coincidence. Then it tried to work out in my head how in the hell they could merge these two shows.

I’m not the only one that squealed with glee at the thought of greenman throwing a ball at the face of Tyra Banks! I love both shows too. I think you can buy the greenman costume online somewhere.
