The return of South Park is definately something that should be mentioned. “The China Probrem” was disturbing and at the same time honest, and therefore an eye-opener. Summer blockbuster movies will take a long time to recover from the disaster that “Indiana Jones 4″ was, plot-wise. So, will the fans. Maybe “Crytsal Skull” really nuked the fridge and the end of summer blockbuster franchise is pretty near, maybe it’s even already there.

CRAWFORD – It’s available to watch for free on Hulu.com, and in a year chock full of political documentaries, this one seems to take the personal and make it universal as the varied residents of a small Texas town deal with the fallout caused when Bush buys a house down the street just prior to being elected, and all that the following 8 years brings. The film is unobtrusive and lets all sides have their say, sadly at the end of it all there are no winners.

Supernatural season 4 has been amazing this season. I love where they have taken the story with the Angels. It just keeps out doing itself with each new episode!

The Foot Fist Way on DVD
Danny McBride is absolutely hilarious and this movie is like combining Karate Kid with The Office. Plus with a hero turned antagonist named Chuck “The Truck” you can’t help but love this movie.
Life on NBC- It has been such a long time since last we saw Charlie Crews I had forgotten why I loved the show so much. But from the time Damien Lewis cracked that Zen grin of his I fell in love with this show again.

PUSHING DAISIES – It’s the most original and vibrant show on television. Half romantic comedy, half crime drama and a splash of quirky fantasy thrown in the mix makes it a must watch. Also there isn’t a sexier couple on TV than the pie maker and the girl named Chuck who can never touch. Love it and it needs to last!

These guys need more exposure! I didn’t even know who they were until about a month ago, but I have never wanted to make a Must List suggestion more than when I saw The Allen and Craig Show: Episode 9. Allen the douchebag + Craig the sweet innocent guy = pure gold.

The new single from the Twilight soundtrack, “Decode” by Paramore, has been playing almost non-stop on my iPod this week. I love how if you know Edward and Bella’s relationship, the lyrics make complete sense. But if you didn’t know it, the song could be about any couple. That and I just love the beat of the song…it’s so catchy.
Also, the episode of The Big Bang Theory this week was probably the best episode of the series. Seeing Sheldon inadvertently hit on a gay scientist, and successfully get his number?! The funniest thing I’ve seen in a sitcom in a long time.
And I can’t forget about Iron Man on DVD. My roommate and I watched it twice in one night, even though we had both seen it in theaters 3 times each. Robert Downey Jr. kicks so much ass and looks so hot while doing it, I had to check to see that my heart was still beating after all of that.
