Paul Newman was one of those people I’d just assumed would be around until age 100. It doesn’t seem real that he’s gone.
(I’m sorry because know this isn’t really the time or place but I’m still waiting for a tribute to Norman Whitfield, who was one of Motown’s most successful songwriters/producers and who passed away last week. He wrote most of the Temptations’ hits including “Papa Was a Rolling Stone.” He should get some mention.)
