And Annie, I didn’t know it was possible, but your love for fringe is contagious. As a lowly librarian, I wish there were more professional fringe wardrobe opportunities for my line of work. But I have this hunch that showing up to work in tiered ruffles (which totally count as fringe, according to your verbal identification manual!) may turn the wrong kind of heads.
