It’s just a coincidence that the week we decide to turn my Top Model TV Watch into this quick conversation-starter PopWatch item is the week that my favorite judge, Paulina Porizkova, says nothing worth quoting. I don’t want her to feel guilty.If you haven’t watched last night’s episode and intend to, stop reading now. Spoilers ahead…
Okay. So the big shocker that someone would be going home after the runway challenge and before the photo shoot was not the shocker the judges wanted it to be. Especially since it was Alaska Hannah that got the boot. I also wasn’t that emotional over the exit of Isis, because even though I support her, she wasn’t producing good photos. Both ladies deserved to go home.What did have me momentarily outraged was the fact that Lauren Brie’s photo (pictured) was not chosen as the week’s best! Yes, Clark’s eyes were piercing but her pose was predictable and forgettable. Analeigh thought outside the box, but her amazing legs ended up stealing the shot from her eyes. Lauren Brie, however, who finished third, was perfection: you’re drawn to her eyes first, and then you drift upward to appreciate her angled arms and intertwined hands.Tell me if I’m right or wrong, and sound off on the episode in general, below.

So is EW just dropping ALL their TV watches now, except for crap like the Hills and frakking Dancing With the Stars? Lovely.

Yeah, seriously? No TV Watch? Bummer. I haven’t watched the episode yet so I was looking forward to reading it. For what its worth, I agree with you. I thought this picture was quite striking. Although I like Analeigh’s too, but I don’t know what the point of the photo shoot was…SINCE THERE IS NO TV WATCH…so I can’t really judge them based on the merit of the challenge at hand.
Is that why there’s been no TV Watch or even miniWatch of Bones or Fringe this week? WTH ew!!!
I was really disappointed for no TV watch this week too! Except the loser who posted spoilers in the comments the past two weeks has taken all the drama out of this season. NOT COOL whoever you are.
The ONE week I didn’t get to watch Top Model and there is no TV Watch on it?? Just my luck. What are you guys at EW thinking cutting this column?? It’s more enjoyable than the actual show sometimes!
I’ve been waiting all day for the ANTM tv watch. SOOOOOO sad there will not be a recap for this show. Why no TV Watch? It has be recapped for every cycle I can remember?!
Yeah, I kept checking the site all morning wondering where the TV Watch was. I need it back. Half the fun of the show is talking about how out there it was after it’s over.
I hope there will be a TV watch for this show. I rush to EW the morning after to check out the ANTM TV Watch. If things like DWTS and The Hills have a full on TV Watch, then ANTM deserves one. It’s the campiest thing out there! Boo-hoo EW, Boo-hoo.

But, great epi though! I agree about LB, her pic was 100x better than Clarke. My question to you – did you think J. Scott raking Samantha over the coals was justified? Although she hoochified it, I felt bad for her during panel…she looked miserable!

I’m mad about no T.V. Watch too… how do you drop something several weeks in after covering it the last several cycles. And it seems like so many shows got their t.v. watches cut recently (no House anymore or Bones,etc) but how could you cut my ANTM?
How could you drop the TV Watch. Mistake. But, on point, Lauren Brie’s pic was very good, but not my favorite. I rather liked the intensity of Marjorie’s shot. Shame on Paulina for calling her the Headless Horseman.

Um, why is there no TV watch. Worst decision ever. I refuse to comment on this episode until this heinous decision is rectified.
I wait all day, finally find the recap and now it’s no longer on TV Watch? The best part of watching ANTM is coming to EW to read the recap and comment on the show to other ANTM addicts and haters. Very disappointed that EW is cutting out our recap. Good thing we still have Gossip Girl and Hills recaps *eyeroll*. Totally bogus decision EW!

I want the TV Watch back, too!! I echo the sentiments of “The effing Hills” getting a TV Watch, but shows like HIMYM, Fringe and House get squat. Way to add unique content, EW.
