Ha! My boyfriend watched the SNL premiere with me. He’s a huge music snob, and is often not very fair when it comes to hip hop or R&B music. So when Dude came out with the guitar, the bf was all “OK, he better at least play that thing and not be using it as some lame sort of prop,” and proceeded to go off on a rant about “real musicians.” And then he played it. And my boyfriend said “Uh. Nevermind. Prop would have been better.”
With that guitar strapped on his back, the dreads, and his mannerisms while singing (grasping the mic so tightly” he kinda reminds of the backstreet Jason Castro
haha, that made me laugh so hard, I think he knows that he sucks at guitar, he just doesn’t care. I still love lil wayne even after something that pathetic.

Actually he is in tune. He’s playing some very amateur blues licks but in key and licks nonetheless. This is an improvement over his Leather so soft 2 note run
