I enjoyed EPL, but am not interested in a movie adaption, especially with Julia Roberts. Snarf hit the nail on the head. Colin Farrell (with a cameo by Sean Connery) would be fab in DPF.

I would prefer never to see anything remotely related to Eat Pray Love ever again.

The hilarious premise alone of “Drink, Play, F@#K” has me sold – especially because it makes fun of the narcissistic “Eat, Pray, Love”. And I agree with Adrienne, I could totally see Vince Vaughn or Owen Wilson in the role. Although, it would be even funnier if Will Ferrell or Jack Black did it.

I want Drink, Play, F@#k made into a movie, but only if the ticket takers at theatres demand that they say the full name of the title…no substitutes accepted. :)

    Drink…staring Sam Rockwell.

What a lame move byt the producers/studio, casting Julia yet again. Téa Leone would have been the inspired choice. And not just because she is a physical match for the part and wouldn’t be learning yoga for a part. She is a refreshing mix of funny, intelligent and sexy. Julia’s 5-expression register (and I am counting the horse laugh) is just wearing thinner with each film. That is why I would *much rather** see Vince Vaughn in the parody version.

EPL defies in the degree of popularity it achieved. . too chatty and superficial for me. . for a memoir that involves a journey to India. Spoof away.

DPF, another vote for Sam Rockwell. And Chuck Pahlaniuk for the screenplay.

Actually, I heard Steve Carell was being considered for the movie version.
