What is S Meyer’s fascination with pedophiles? First Quil, now Jacob. Hmmmm. Might be an interesting question to ask if she’s ever interviewed for your mag again.
I have been a true fan of the twilight saga, but sorry BD was a disappointment. The whole story not just the baby I could have lived with that but Jacob, all you Jacob fan should be upset, imprinting on the baby????? WTF was she thinking. Why not someone his age that could complete him. This was wrong in so many ways. Imagine Edward reading Jacobs mental thoughts about his daughter. eeeeewww thats just sick. Edward and Jacobs were rivals and don’t get me wrong i’m on team Edward, but now he loves him as a son.
Breaking Dawn was excellent. I thought it was the perfect ending to the series. Meyer managed to give an exciting ending without killing half the characters and left all of the characters we grew to love so much with a happy ending without being corny. Jacob imprinting was not perverted, clearly he has no sexual thoughts about the baby or else Edward wouldn’t have let him around her. It was a clever way to tie everyone together and give Bella the family she wanted. I don’t understand how people who enjoyed the rest of the books could trash this one so completely. It was very consistent with the rest of the story and ended a wonderful series very gracefully.
I thought BD was a brilliantly written book. for all of you who found it a disappointment, well, to each her own. i thought it was fabulous. And, in my opinion, i thought the ending was good enough to make team edward and team jacob happy. im on team edward, no doubt. yes, jacob’s imprinting was a bit weird but seriously, what we knew about vampires completely changed after reading this series. so we should totally be used to weird by now. but team jacob, think for a minute. you wanted bella to end up with jacob. but he imprinted with bella’s daughter. so, in a way, he does get part of bella. and he’s happy now because he can be friends with bella and be completely at ease. its a happy ending that satisfies everyone. and, like stated before in other comments, it created a happy ending that wasn’t cheesy or corny or cliched at all. it was comforting and didn’t make you VERY sad that the series is over. i just really hope that kids 12 and under didnt read this. the book was a bit mature.
I don’t know what the big deal is about??? if you guys aren’t true Twilight fans, not sure what your are doing reading the book??? or here… I read the book and loved it so much I had to read it a second time! Just couldn’t stand for it to be over.
I realize that we all had our expectations and our ideas of how it was going to end, but we can’t expect SM to please everyone of us.
If you don’t like the book or SM, that’s fine. But, please don’t try to ruin the book or the experience for the rest of us. You have every right to hate the book and SM. But, you don’t have the right to ruin it for us! please…
to all you people who think that breaking dawn is horrible think again. so what if jacob imprints on bellas baby?if he didnt, the story would never end happily.this story was amazing and its not like he imprinted at the beggining.and so what if theyre babies, warewolves arent getting any older so who cares!stop trashing her, do you have any clue how hard it is to write a book? i hope to be a future writer and to hope to atleast compare to her! if you did something that you loved, would you like to be trashed? everyne has opinions but dont be so mean about it! she tried her best and if you were really twilight fans you wouldnt say bad comments about her book.Its amazing. i havnt read a book in years and i read this in two days.If you dont like it dont read it and dont trash it, thats just wasting your time and getting people -like me- upset. everyone who agrees with me,thanx, becuz i hate reading bad comments. So keep them to youself, and stephanie keep writing, for people like me.
Its upsetting to see all these negative comments about BD i mean you dont have to like it no one is forcing that upon you but try to be a little less harsh, SM has feelings too. Im sure she deep down wishes that she could make everyone happy with the ending but in reality its not possible. Personally, i think you can have an opinion just try to not be so mean about it
im sorry some of you feel this way..but i think that this book was the way it was meant to be. This book was truly amazing and im so grateful to know such an amazing writer, Keep writing Stephenie, I need your books like i need to breathe. I know that might seem overly dramatic but its true 
please remember she has feelings and its not easy exposing yourself and your thoughts to millions and giving something so much of yourself and your heart and then to have it trashed and criticized like that. That must hurt plz, all im asking is to be less harsh with your comments. It ended happily thats what matters.
SIGH! so i understand that people can have there opinions but for the love of god why does any one hate this book so much? i understand that it didnt go the way you all wanted it to but it wasnt your book to finish, was it? What was so bad that bella had a child with the sexy vampire that she was completely in love with? they now can be happy and even have a child in their life thats really theirs! why does it matter that jacob imprinted on bellas baby? i know i wanted jacob to be happy and to be able to be around bella. well hey look at that it happen. whats so wrong about bella having a happily ever after? since when ever is that a bad thing? Im pretty sure that all of you want to have a happily ever after? so give bella and edward and jacob AND renesmee a break. I seriouly think that each of you would have gotton more mad if anything else happen. Stop looking at the book like it was horrible because it didnt end the way you wanted it to! The concert series was great.
The Book…sucked…it wasn’t the storyline par-say…just that she rushed it because she wasnt to get it over with…come on…renessmee aged really fast? and i can get jacob imprinting on her…that would explain his fascination with bella so much…and if you actually read the book imprinting doesnt imply that he thinks of her sexually…they’re more like guardians until they come of age…then thats when it ascends to that level…but all in all the book was just rushed and she could have slowed it down and dragged out the storyline…she was just tired of writing the same stuff…and she admitted it…i guess she was too caught up in edwards viewpoint…
