The trailer for Brick director Rian Johnson’s fall release, The Brothers Bloom, strongly suggests what would happen if Wes Anderson did a heist movie, in or around Bruges, perhaps. Janky title cards in the trailer aside, the cast — Adrien Brody, Rachel Weisz, Mark Ruffalo, and Rinko Kikuchi – and the wacky comedic timing throughout have me pretty excited. Sigh. I wish Adrien Brody would say "We’re taking a steamer at noon tomorrow" like he wanted me to come. Trailer’s below.

I couldn’t be more excited for this movie if I tried. The trailer gives off an Ocean’s 11 vibe, which is apparently not so present in the actual film, but it’s going to be amazing no matter what.
That looks like so much fun!
i’m disappointed b/c i was expecting a biopic on ’80s c-list heart throb bros Brian and Scott Bloom… oh well, i’ll prolly see it anyway
Fantastic! If this becomes a hit, I’d love to see Rinko Kikuchi benefit from it.
She was the only good thing about Babel, and although she doesn’t utter a word in this trailer, she’s seems to be good in it.
By the way, acting seems to be great all around. And I always felt that Ocean’s Eleven was always more about this A-list actors boys club then story or characters development. I think this one will be different, ’cause even though they are great actors with quirky roles, it really seems to be story driven. And a lot of fun.
this film looks very entertaining, i’m excited to be charmed by mark ruffalo, hes such a cutie
This film looks awesome! I can’t wait to see it.
Sadly, I thought this would be Brian Bloom’s comeback. Le sigh.
Looks like fun – and the cast is just golden. Mark Ruffalo looks quite edible
