Katherine – Get Over Yourself! It is not all about you, this is weak. You are not a judge, you are one cast member of many. I am completely bothered by your self admiration, it’s not appealing.

The reason why TV shows make actors sign 7 year or so contracts is because of people like Katherine Heigl and George Clooney, who all of a sudden become popular, which makes the show even more popular, so they can’t leave and make the ratings decline as a result. Shoot, even Eva Longoria was trying to get out of her contract (because she apparently thinks she can act). If I were Katherine, I would just finish out my contract and make movies on the side. It’s not the worst thing in the world to have two jobs! Besides, she’s young and has the energy.

Ahh i think the press is being two-faced as well. She didn’t totally dog Knocked-up. SHe said it was a good experience. Now this, most critics agreed with her at the beginning of the season when the writers made her save a deer. Seriously? Serioiusly? A deer? I think she is just honest, outspoken, and missunderstood! I also think she is brilliant at getting publicity for herself.

Katherine, get over yourself already and show some grace!!!

The only project she has bagged on is this one. She is clearly stating that the writing is crap and she has every right to because frankly…the writing is crap. It has gone significantly down hill in the last couple of seasons. The whole Knocked Up thing wasn’t even taken seriously by Judd Apatow. He merely shrugged his shoulders and went “meh” she IS a commodity like all actress and actors and has established a fan base. She has every right to state something like this. This should be a wakeup call for those writers who have let the show slip significantly in the past rather than say something along the lines of “You hurt my feelings wah wah wah.” it’s the writers job to make a good show.

It’s been two days since this Popwatch entry was posted and she still hasn’t been fired yet? Come on, people, where are your priorities?! Fire her already!

She didnt deserve the Emmy she won last year, either!
She is over estimating her worth and career, she did the same thing last season when she made public all the details of her contract negotiations-and holding out for more money-I hope for her a post-show career as illustrious as David Caruso’s!!!

Oh give her a break, Grey’s sucks and she knows it sucks. Maybe the writer’s will get off their butts now and write some decent material. I watched the first season, but the second was so boring I quit watching and started watching this one, but how lame can it get?

why would she get fired because she doesn’t want an emmy nomination? that is stupid and makes no sense. and what if she is just self-aware and knows that sandra oh and chandra wilson and even sara ramirez (all minorities) did stronger work and doesn’t want them to miss out on a nomination due to some weird racial/i know the white girl’s name because she has done movies sort of thing. just sayin.
