American version of 'Human Tetris' casting now!

Categories: Reality TV, Television

Don’t ask me how I didn’t know about the Japanese game show Human Tetris (below) until about an hour ago, when a friend IM’d me to say that he’s considering going to an open call in New York on June 14th for Fox’s redux, Hole in the Wall. (I think he was joking?) Click here for details. They’re looking for teams of three, so you’ll have to talk two people into doing it with you.

Fox’s casting release says this will be "one of the most outrageous, funny, and challenging game shows ever seen on television!" Do you agree? I am a fan of people running face-first into things, so I’ll give it a look.

Ellen DeGeneres was already doing this on her show…

It’s not too surprising after the viral success of MXC and the Japanese show about the impossible obstacle course that the major networks are now ripping them off.

Ninja Warrior on G4… Actually, I don’t get G4 anymore, so I wouldn’t mind that show on the Big 4
