While Archie is wildly talented, he lacks the swagger and confidence necessary. The difference between his awkward “aw shucks” attitude and, say, Melinda Doolittle’s, is that his happens while he’s performing as well. I’m sure that will change, but he’s just not ready yet. He will be.
Will win: If I were a betting woman, David A. His demographic is just plain more likely to spend all night dialing.

I hope you’re right, Lillibeth, about all 12 having signed their lives away to 19 E. That means maybe they’ll see the value of signing Carly, who should have been standing with Cook right now, IMO.
I think we’ll see a Crowned Cook and agree with Slezak that he’ll get most of the turnover votes. Still I’m not confident about Cook. Adults watch but not as many vote, and it seems like Cook appeals primarily to the young adult and forever young adult viewers who appreciate artistry + personality + maturity. Three attributes missing in Archie, who is a wee darling, I admit.
