Wow. I expected some people to not like Fantasia’s performance – she’s always had her detractors. But I really didn’t expect for so many people to hate it. Mostly because I LOVED it. Loved, loved, loved it! She was SO on fire, so raw and electric – it just crackled with energy and I thought it was a truly great performance. Had all of the sweat and funk of James Brown at his best, and from me that’s high praise. Keep grindin, girl – there are some of us out here really feeling it!

Please. Why don’t you just vote for your fav, David A, and stop trying to convince people he’s better than David C? He’s not. If DA wins, it’s the teenyboppers on their blackberries, which probably describes you. DA is boring in my opinion, and you can’t change it. GO DAVID COOK!

I much prefer Michael Slezak and his commentary over this writer, and her thinly veiled disdain for this show. I also don’t appreciate how she manages to interject her anti-Christian bias. I won’t be reading her columns any longer.

Aaaarrrggghhh, the writing is as bad as the bashers/haters who commented on this article. Whitney, next time, a better behind the scene write up should NOT be biased to your favorites. I’m no David fan but an AI fan! I hope next time, we’ll be reading a much entertaining piece here. Why not try writing like Jim Cantiello or Michael Slezak, eventhough he bashes everyone at Idol, at least he’s fair in doing it.

Which ever way it goes on Wednesday, David Cook is the one who will sell more cd’s and have the huge career. Even if David A. gets the most votes and wins, it just means that that the tweens voted like crazy, just like they did last year for 17 year old Jordin Sparks. But…..the tweens don’t back up their votes by going out and buying the cd’s, hence Jordin’s cd tanking after her Idol win. David Cook will win no matter what the results on Wednesday.
