When I read that Craig David was celebrating his 27th birthday today, I realized that I hadn’t actually thought about him since, well, he was 20, and I had "7 Days" on repeat on my CD Walkman. I went to his website to see what he’s been up to, and it turns out his latest album, Trust Me, hits stateside tomorrow (May 6). Thank you for this. I love Craig David. I didn’t realize a new CD was coming out- I recently downloaded his last release (I paid for it!) and was annoyed it wasn’t released here.
“Here” being the United States. I just bopped over to Amazon to order the new CD.
I think about him every year on his birthday, because it’s my birthday too! Yay, margaritas for everyone! I was a big fan of his when he first had a hit in the U.S., so I’ve kind of kept tabs on his career since 2000 or so.
I don’T know about the US, but I have bought his new CD in March! And it’s good!
I love Craig David. He gets regular play on my IPod. I think I will add some of his new stuff right now!
