Oh, is anyone here watching “Death Note”? The episodes “Silence” and “Renewal” had me yelling at the computer (I watch my shows online now).

  • Tamara

Really? No one chose the Season 2 finale of the office yet? Jim plants that mind blowing kiss on Pam and then… cut to black! I’ve never screamed so loud ever at TV.

Top Moment: Season 1 of Alias- “Mom?”
Second: Season 2 of Alias. I was screaming at the TV…He is wearing a wedding band! I remember where I was at that moment, and that moment is when I realized TV had become more that just the 1/2 hour or hour I spent watching the actual show.
The others include the last Dawson’s Creek, Friends finale show and the MASH final show.

The last minute of CSI season six. When it showed Grissom and Sarah together my jaw hit the floor and I had to back it up several times to make sure I saw what I thought I did.

I’m definitely a talker–a lot of “oh, snap!” and “what?!–are you kidding me?” and I definitely utilize the mute button at awful moments in reality tv…LOST and Survivor definitely get me–and sports, for sure–just the other day I was watching a hockey playoff game and when a fight broke out I was screaming “Drop those gloves, baby! Get him!” Crazy woman, am I. Also, when watching things like the Oscars, I tend to say things like, “oh, baaad dress” even if no one else is home…

24 – Almost every episode from the first 5 seasons, especially anything with Chloe… shooting a terrorist in Season 4, running from assassins and tazering the guy at the hotel bar in Season 5… love it!
Lost- you cant get much better surprises in character development and physical reactions than with Lost
Buffy – The Body, and Hush, like everyone has said… get me everytime. And I can’t help but get really sad when Warren shoots Tara.
and no one mentions Arrested Development at all! I about fell off the chair when Buster gets his arm bitten off by the Loose Seal!

I had several as youth & adult:
As youth in the 1960′s (that really dates me)
    1. watching the movie A Face In the Crowd in which Andy Griffith (who I admired from his TV Shows) played the scum of the earth role so well that I couldn’t watch his TV show for weeks.
    2. About 1970 I was watching late at night “Labor Day Telethon for MD” when Jerry Lewis was litterally blackmailing celebrities to get them to donate big bucks (it was probably abt 3am). I was stunned because someone I had always thought of as funny was such so viciously evil. I mean he was naming names!
    As an adult:
    1. Third Watch – the episode with the kids in the car accident on Prom night (I wish I could remember the episode so I could watch it again – Tell me if you remember it).
    2. Third Watch – the finale when the firewoman was killed at the bridge.

Third Watch where kids die after prom is called After Hours and the one where Taylor is killed is Crash and Burn (I think)

  • Stitches

    You\’re the graeestt! JMHO

Finally! This is just what I was lkoiong for.
