It’s outrageous the difference in salary! Paula should receive more than the pittance of salary being offered her in accordance to what Ryan and Simon are getting. That’s very discriminating, sexist & appalling!. I thought that kind of stuff was over!.’What are these guys? better? It’s really bothersome to see this come from American Idol where I thought all was fair. I watch Idol not just for the contestants but the interaction and antics of the judges. American Idol’s not going to find a better combination. By adding Kara, which they didn’t have to, didn’t spice up the mix either. She’s bland. Simon brings his criticism and blandness. Randy brings his honest yo dog! judging but Paula brings the flair, drama, emotions, the care and concern: nuturing. She spices the mix. I’ve heard the spice girl may be considered – dullsville! She’s too bland and boring. Or Mary Blige whoop de do!!! I felt when Idol fingers messed with the chemistry by adding Kara that they were messing with a good thing, and it showed the beginning of the end of a good thing. Give the workers -judges (Paula) what they’re worth. Be good and fair to your employees!!!
