If you do miss Firely / Serenity then pick up the comic books! Serenity: Better Days # 2 comes out next week at you local comic book store. If your local comic book store doesn’t get the Serenity comic, then demand it! As well as the other Whedon comics like Buffy: Season 8 and Angel: After the Fall.

And I love Hulu, too. I’d been meaning to watch the last four episodes of the series and kept forgetting at home, so I put them on in the background while at work. Yay!
This is the moment that made me want to watch the show. I was kind of iffy before this, but that line shocked me so much. I had the DVD set, I even paused it to double check that Kaylee was on the cover. Whedon had me going as surely as he had Simon.

I just finished watching the entire Angel series and, although there can be no bigger Joss Whedon fan than I, I have to say that it is Joss who is the bad, bad man. What he did to Fred and Wesley was just cruel. CRUEL I tells ya!
*Sigh* Nathan Fillion is SO hot.
My favorite episode still remains the one where Jayne becomes a folk hero. Best line “We need to go visit the crappy town where I’m a folk hero”

Poor Simon. How can something so wrong be so funny? That’s the genius of Firefly. : )
The thing about Simon is I’m sure it never even crossed his mind that because he and Mal have that rivalry/commradery thing going on that Mal would EVER try to prank him.
