My opinion is that Jericho is every bit as good as this season of LOST. I am sick of the CSI’s and I think they are losing ground with viewers. The actors in Jericho were fantastic. The episode with Bonnie taking out the mercenaries was awesome. Good luck to the wonderful cast and writers!!
It’s a bummer that Jericho gets cancelled. I don’t understand how they get ratings,but everyone I know loves the show.I’m with everyone that CSI has had it’s run. Please don’t cancell the show.
It’s so weird that networks haven’t caught on that “Hurry up and watch this show because we’re about to cancel it” promo campaigns don’t work. Fox is especially bad at this.
So disappointing. Jericho is one of the best dramas on television. But the network never really gave it a fighting chance. Seven episodes? Premiering mid-season? And not playing re-runs of the entire first season even when there was nothing better to air during the writers’ strike? They had every intention of killing this great show (which is such the antithesis of CBS I’m not sure how it made it on in the first place) and replacing it with more lame reality shows, unfunny sitcoms and incarnations of CSI.
I also wonderif they count the number of people who watch the shows online or rent/buy DVDs? I know the network is trying to capture audience for advertisers but in this age of DVR and streaming, can the traditional Nielsen ratings (especially for a sci-fi show, which probably has a more tech-savvy viewer base) really be an accurate measure?
This sucks. Jericho is the only show on CBS I watch, so now they’ve completely lost my viewership. This “second chance” was never designed to let Jericho succeed. I really do hope that another network picks it up.

I think that if the networks want to present serialized dramas such as Jericho, Cane, etc..They should commit to them 100%, and see the story through to its final resolution. When they draw me into a show, then cut it off, I feel cheated as a viewer. CBS should take ABC’s lead on this รก la Lost. And look what happened. This year Lost is in the top 20. Learn CBS, learn!
