Jim wins without doubt! I am just like him and also a bit like Sheldon. And I love harry potter just like him and harry potter 4 also is my favorite!!!!(though I didn’t cry in the end like he did)
I have to go with Jim as far as how he presented his list. The verbiage sounded very Sheldon-like, and I think Sheldon is the best written geek ever. But if you look at the items presented, Simon’s list is more inclusive of pop-culture items. Even though having a “grow your own salsa” kit from Target is geeky, I don’t think it quite qualifies as a pop-cuture item. The AM/FM radio is the same; very geeky, yet not a real reference to pop-culture. So I call it a tie based on items and presentation.
I’m glad to see, by reading these comments, that I am not the only female (at least I assume they were female) to have a huge crush on Jim. Actually I have a crush on Sheldon, because I really don’t know anything about Jim except his portrayal of Sheldon. He’s so good at the deadpan looks and comments. And the smile from “The Griffin Equivalency” was incredible. When I first saw it, I immediately thought “Joker”, and then Leonard says “..not trying to kill Batman.”
