Here’s a potentially relationship-saving tip for any PopWatchers out there who’ve been caught by surprise on this 14th of February. If your paramour is passionate about certain ABC primetime shows, send an instant e-valentine,via abc.com, featuring your favorite Lost, Ugly Betty, or Grey’s Anatomy character. There are 12 options for each show, and while these obviously double as mini-ads reminding fans to tune in, they’re a way to confirm for a loved one that you totally get how much they adore John Locke or Justin Suarez or Dr. Izzy Stevens.
I’ve been with the same wonderful valentine for many years, and maybe we’re over it, but tonight we’re eschewing the old five-course candlelight dinner on the town for Lost (pictured). Intellectual seduction, it’s powerful stuff! (Let it be known, however, that an e-card featuring Ben Linus surrounded by hearts is no substitute for buying me chocolate. I have cash if you need some.) Take a moment and tell us, PopWatchers: What are you doing on the allegedly-most-romantic night of the year? Extra "rebel" points if your plans are not at all romantic.

Ordering pizza and watching Lost. Pretty romantic stuff!
Going to my son’s HS basketball game – trying to squeeze in a nice dinner at home for Mr. Silv & me somewhere before/after the game, catching “Lost”, blah, blah.. just another nite for a married couple.
DVRing Lost, finishing a Travel Grant, then seeing Definitely, Maybe with three girlfriends while my boyfriend attends an evening class.
I’m a college student and my boyfriend lives in another state. So tonight, I’m going home and my mom’s making meatloaf. Then I’m watching “Lost.”
Driving from Tampa to Orlando to see my girlfriend, then going out to dinner and catching the 9 p.m. “La Nouba” Cirque du Soleil show. (I’m watching “Lost” online tomorrow). Should be a fun night.
We always celebrate with a Violent Valentines – instead of a romantic movie, we watch something violent. This year’s movie is going to be 28 Weeks Later. Always more fun.

Ditto Mel!
Pizza (heart shaped pizza from Boston Pizza, our concession to Valentines Day) and then its two hours of Lost with the hour enhanced and then the new show. Can’t wait! Now if there was a little “Skating” going on, that would top off Valentines Day quite nicely but alas they appear to be in two different camps right now.
We never go out during the week for Val’s Day. Lost makes it extra special tonight! The weekend is when we will celebrate, with Chorus Line tix and a nice dinner in NYC.
Having $1 tacos at the bar and then watching Survivor and LOST
I’m going with some girlfriends to see “Step Up 2: The Streets”!!!! Nothing beats dancing and dishing on a singleton’s Valentines Day.
My husband is coming home from a business trip this evening. We’ll put the kids to bed and watch Lost. He already sent me flowers so he has done his part.
I will pick up applebee’s on the way home (using a gift certificate from Christmas) and hope that our 2 year old daughter will sit in her own chair and eat off of her own plate, while keeping the mess to a minimum. I will be watching Lost alone, as he is not a fan. My life is so unromantic! I don’t expect a gift because we have no money until tomorrow…Beat that!
Takeout from Fork and Spoon Cafe here in Madison, a bottle of New Glarus Raspberry Tart, flourless chocolate cake from Whole Foods, and LOST, baby.
“lost”
thanks for a most challenging adventure week after week.
a real brain workout!
dola
My husband and I are still getting caught up on Lost, Season 3! We just got the 4th disk in the mail yesterday and watched the entire 3rd disk last night. We haven’t made plans for V-Day, but I told him I really didn’t care about going out for our first V-Day as a married couple. I’d rather watch another entire disk of Lost. He didn’t object. Plus, it’s cold out.
LOST!!! We’ve been married a long time but the world stops on Thurs nights.
Our date tonight is definitely watching “Lost.” We normally watch it with another couple, who said they couldn’t make it this week because of Valentine’s Day. Our response (and how you know we’ve been married longer than they have): “So what? It’s Lost!”
We order spicy Pad Thai (that’s the token “spice” for Valentine’s Day) and watch LOST. We DON’T spend money on Hallmark Holiday gifts! That’s love if you ask me!
Normally I’m a big sucker for Valentines Day but since Lost is on this year I didn’t want to make any plans. My boyfriend offered to buy a nice bottle of wine but I declined since Lost requires clear headed viewing!
We’re getting a heart shaped pizza, a 2-liter, and some cookie dough and hunkering down to watch LOST!
Had a “fancy” family dinner all together last night; for Vday, I’m taking little boy to a birthday party! And Daddy’s gonna play HALO with our older boy. Woohoo. Thanks to DVR, we can watch LOST at our leisure.
Trying to get the kids to bed early enough to catch Survivor and LOST.
i am getting my hair done…yey, for me, i’m going platinum! meanwhile, the hubby will be putting the 3 year old to bed and eagerly awaiting my entrance so that our “Lost” night can begin…so romantic.

I have a date with Jack and Sawyer tonight! Very excited for a new Lost episode.

Where’s a Valentine with Charlie from LOST?? Charlie&Claire, such a cute couple, darn third season ending… They could’ve made such beautiful music together.
I am fortunate enough to be dating a guy that undertands my Lost obsession. So he came by during the day, we exchanged our gifts of love, cuddled and ate brownies. How romantic is that!! So I was completely free for my viewing of Lost. What a guy,,,think I’ll keep him!!
