I second The L Word. After a couple of so-so seasons, it’s finally hitting it’s stride again in it’s 5th year!

Tim Riggins. Everyone on Friday Night Lights is amazing, but Tim, boyish, hurt and snarky, keeps me watching week after week.
Torchwood. It’s the Angel to Doctor Who’s Buffy, with just the right amount of X Files mixed in.
The end of the writer’s strike! The possibility of new episodes of all the shows we’ve missed so much, coming soon.

    1. Kellyt Clarkson’s “My December”
    2. Waiting for the return of 30 Rock

Y The Last Man — Now that Brian K. Vaughan (LOST) and Pia Guerra’s sprawling saga about the last man on Earth (and his chimp) is completed, new fans are welcome to go back and collect all the trades to get the best experience. (It’s what I’m doing!)

Sharp Teeth by Toby Barlow. Amazing book, sets werewolf mythology on its pointy ears with a pleasingly modern and utterly original style!

  • Brandon Norman

Lost. This season is just blowing my mind all over again, from visions of Charlie and Jacob’s shack to the Fantastic Four from Not Penny’s Boat. These writers are genius, and always have been.

Across the Universe, Michael Clayton and Gone Baby Gone on BLU-RAY.

SNL’s back, they now have no excuse if the show isn’t funny, after 3 months off they should have enough good material for an entire season.

  • Jackie

Conan, John and Stephen’s brawl and guest appearances on all 3 shows!! If Judd Apatow can have his own little “movie” gang, why can’t the (younger, funnier) late-nite guys have their own little gang(fight)?

The new book “Go Fug Yourself: The Fug Awards”

Hmm, how about the season finale of JDMA – Janice Dickinson Modelling Agency. Janice herself is a hoot, and of course, all the eye-candy, and the dreadful feeling your body will never look like any of the model’s.
Any new episodes of “Make Me a Supermodel” – lots of fashion, tasks, and of course hot bodied people whining about their amazing bodies while you’re sitting there with a tub of ice cream watching with fascination

    1. The Pack “based boy” cd….seriously the best beat and sound..original and cool..
    2. “Discovery Channel”. They have the best shows (“Dirty Jobs”, “Fight Quest” etc) and the best documentary (“Planet Earth”). learning has never been this funny and good or wonderful to look at.
3.” A Seperate Peace” by john knowles. Its an timeless classic novel which everyone should read.

I just finished the book “Beginner’s Greek” by James Collins. It was very good! I recommend it to everyone!
