this show is awful…i watched the first two seasons and they were good, but wasnt this suppose to be a 3 season show…we met the bad people, we were introduced to the higher ups and we were heading towards a satisfying resolution to the story arc, but instead they slotted this show for another 4 years…thus this crappy season came about..they are stalling and they really have nothing to go on anymore..end it already!

The basic premise of the show – that you have this big, bad organization “The Company” that can rig elections, set people up for crimes they didn’t commit and be all powerful EXCEPT when it comes to getting a guy out of a two bit prison in a nearly third world prison makes no sense to me.

Yea, I’m guessing the 2 episodes left thing is because of the writer’s strike. Heroes did the same thing with the ‘Generations’ arc in fall ’07. It kept advertising as ‘the Heroes have so-and-so episodes left to save the world’. This show does need to end pretty soon, because I haven’t been too emotionally invested to this show since the excellent (if somewhat uneven) first season.

I really needed a LOL moment yesterday and I got it when Mahone told T-Bag that if there were any justice in this world that he’d be buried face down with the rest of his inbred family. Hysterical.
I hope that there are 2 episodes left because of the strike and not because they’re doing another season. I like these characters, but this show needs to end.

I loved last night’s episode…loved it. It gave me that “can’t believe he/she just did/said that” feeling throughout. And the fact that they left us hanging about the breakout is great because for the first time in months, I can’t wait until the next episode. I did not like Gretchen’s “if I tell you, I’ll have to kill you” line. She has said more novel and witty statements in the past. I’m not buying Whistler’s sudden boldness, though. He’s so shady, they could all slither behind him and never be seen escaping Sona. Finally, I’m still sensing some hostility from Michael towards Linc. He needs to get over the fact that Linc withheld the info on Sara’s demise.

It was hilarious when Bellick asked Lechero how to say “Don’t shoot me!” in Spanish. Lechero blew a golden opportunity…I would have died laughing if he’d taught him “Shoot me first!” in Spanish instead followed maybe by “Su madres son muy feas”. Doesn’t Bellick know that almost everyone of the escapees has him marked as a body shield when the bullets start flying? Loved the Prison Break ad during the Super Bowl too. Great seeing T-Bag get clotheslined like that. So…2 eps for the break and run. I guess they are planning another season?

I wasn’t the least bit surprised that we didn’t get to see the breakout tonight. PB is one of the worst shows when it comes to procrastination – there’s always something that can wait until next weeks episode. I was just glad that when the credit’s rolled and we saw the preview it said “next week”, and not “PB will return in 2009!”

Perhaps they are referring to the title and premise of the show, Prison BREAK, and not necessarily the episode in question.
