Were you expecting Sen. Clinton to say that she watches “The L Word”?
In truth, Hillary probably watches “Cathouse” with Bill. Obama watches Oprah while naked on his couch. McCain probably prefers Oz to Prison Break. Huckabee probably watches old Ronald Reagan Bonzo movies. Romney watches his American Pie movies over and over. Edwards just has a mirror glued over his tv set.
No, I don’t care who watches what. Doesn’t affect my opinion one way or the other. I agree, Annie, why so cynical and harsh about what they’ve said. It’s not important and maybe they do. No one knows for sure except the people around them. Really. Who cares??
Hmmm…the fact that the candidates watch some of the shows the rest of us do doesn’t make them human.
I would care more if an a canidate didn’t watch The Wire. The Wire shos the America that needs the most attention and no national media outlet wants to pay any real attention to it. The show basically depicts the goings on of America’s poor and the working poor. I think the show tries to explain these statistic we overlook on the nightly news that go on in the inner city. Now if a canidate didn’t addres these issues (America’s issues) I would lesser interested in whatever else they had to say.
