It’s been two (looong) weeks since the last Bones episode of the year aired (you know, the one with "the Kiss") and I thought you might be jonesing for a little Booth/Bones action. And boy does this behind-the-scenes clip of the taping of the long-awaited kiss give you just that. It’s a deeper, richer, yummier, more sensual, devastating, delicious…um, where was I? Oh, yeah. It’s a hotter different version of the kiss that was actually included in the show. So, which osculation would you preferred to have seen?

It’s definitely way hotter than the tame version, but I can understand why they chose the latter – keeps the sexual tension level at “Danger!”

I would not have liked to see THAT kiss on the episode itself because I think it would have been too much – but am am VERY VERY VERY glad to have seen it now.

This version was hotter, and it seemed like Bones was really pulling Booth closer to her. I like the version that aired, but this would have been cool too. It’s nice to see Bones get passionate!
Also, Fox is airing the 2005 Christmas show tonight (12/11) — don’t miss the chance to see Booth in his boxer shorts and Christmas socks, plus a surprise guest as Angela’s dad!
Yeah I liked the one that aired… it wasn’t too much. After watching this kiss I would have expected them to get together ASAP! but with the tamer version it’s easier to be patient about it. I’ve got to say though what helped the tamer version of the kiss is what Booth does for Bones in the end (i.e. the tree)… it shows the relationship they have is deep as oppose to something purely physical.
They sure are hot together! I liked that version but I think they made the right choice airing the tamer one.

I like seeing the alternative to give us a glimpse of the future but the aired future made more sense for a gradual hookup.

I liked the tamer version too, because it seemed a lot sweeter to me. That’s what I like most about them, that it isn’t all about sex. They really care about each other.
The tamer version was a better choice. This was nice filler while we wait for the strike to end.
Whew! Well, it looks like I’m in agreement with everyone else here– that was fun to watch, but the one they used suited the scene and the characters better. Besides, this way we have something to look forward to.
Besides, the tamer kiss made it seem like they were holding back a bit for two reasons. 1) It was in front of the lawyer lady, and needed to stay a bit more PG-13 (would *you* kiss like that in front of a co-worker?); 2) It felt appropriate to the character development; Booth and Bones (both who can be reluctant characters) are just coming to acknowledge their attraction, so to have them launch into such a passionate kiss would be a bit too much. Whereas the shown kiss showed a bit of lust, a bit of longing, but also restraint. It made me want a lot more, and that’s great!

ok idc if they had to keep it pg 13 in front of the co worker…they still should have shown that kiss in the episode instead of that little still dead looking kiss!!!!
