That’s awesome but there is no connection between the concept and selling the car. I don’t care for commercials that really have nothing to do with the product.

I was unconvinced until I saw the pelvis thrusting…then the water sold it for me. Maybe we could go in on a Kia together?

This has to be one of the most committed performances by an actor in a commercial in, like, forever! Who cares about products, anyway. I have yet to see a car commercial that made me want to own the car. As boring and identical as car commercials are all the time anyway, I give any car company credit for at least entertaining me.
I love my Kia, and I’m tempted to get another because of this commercial. LOVED IT!
Gotta say, I own a Kia Optima 06 and LOOOOVE it! and i Love this commercial!
Car commercials that are actually ABOUT cars make my eyes glaze over. So, when I saw this commercial, I wasn’t even thinking about what company it was. Until I realized how completely sweet the ad was and thought to myself, “Hey, what car company is this? Because this ad kicks so much bootay!” And I realized it was Kia. And even though I always thought Kia was lame and terrible, the entire company went up about a thousand notches in my head. And that, dear friends, is how advertising works. I’m not going to go out and buy a Kia, but I now have a positive view of the brand that I didn’t have before. Kudos, Kia. (And can EW get an interview with the guy in the commercial?)
Yikes, the actor in this commercial is amazing. Who would figure this regular, everyday guy would have these kinds of moves. BRAVO!! I hope to see your butt moving all over tv from now on.

I know his first name is Mark. He is a buddy of my cousin.
