I know the trailer is supposed to whet our appetite, but I’m getting a real Blair Witch vibe from this trailer. If we don’t see whatever is terrorizing Manhattan, I’ll be pissed.
some of you people sure do get queasy easily. you might wanna visit the doctor or something. it must make watching home movies unbearable.
Two things – 1) He should have at least put one actor in it with some kind of name in Hollywood (even Jen Garner would have been nice) and 2) And he could have at least given us some kind of glimpse of the monster or something.
Looks like I’ll wait for this one on Netflix.
been waiting for this one since I saw the trailer before Transformers this summer…………I love Godzilla movies, and the sound got me then….Hubby says this is a date night movie for us…..although he’s another one who’s questioning the camera work…..there better be a GREAT monster to make up for it

I agree with another poster. If your feeling queasy and nauseous from watching this type of camera work you need to go see your doctor. This movie looks amazing and I will be there at the 12am showing!
With so much polish to new special effects in movies these days, the actual fear factor has been sterilized and almost always removed for the sake of making it looks “expensive”. This looks promising to me, both from a method and storyline standpoint. As for me, I’m excited about it, and I’ll be there to see it…after I read some reviews, like I always do.
Scary. I can’t wait!
