He’s a high-school drop-out who’s trying to lecture a woman he doesn’t know (shields) that he knows more than her doctor. What’s his source of information? the same source that says alien spirits are the cause of man’s troubles and you need to spend $100′s of thousands to get rid of them. The same subject started by a man who discracefully lied about being a war-hero, who issued order that in regards to any enemies of his “church”, his followers “may deprive of property or injure by any means necessary … may be tricked, suded or lied to or destroyed..” and that followers are to: “Start feeding lurid, blood sex crime actual evidence on the attackers to the press..”
Hubbard who started the cult that Cruise is a part of was a corrupt con-man and Cruise is too dumb to figure it out; instead he himself has chased the alien bugs off himself and want others to do the same.

Let’s see,,Tom plays Claus, who was 6’3″, and Tom is 5’3″ without lifts. Claus was articulate, spoke 3-4 languages, and was an aristocrat, from a long line of aristocrats. Tom, according to him, just a poor boy fron Syracuse. Vlaus lost his right eye and hand, and two fingers on his left hand. Topm has the patch on the wrong side, and in some scemes his hands seem to work well. What Tom really is, is an actor, a short, egomaniacal, but rich. Good for him if he can full some of the people all of the time.

It is sometimes hard for viewers to separate a well-known actor from his or her role (think John Wayne or Jack Nicholson).
Rightly or wrongly, Cruise is so disliked by a large portion of viewers that his days in hero roles are done (whether he knows it yet or not).
Perhaps he should start playing villians?

i have seen most of his movies and most of his new films are getting ratings not because of his acting but because of others like effects and the story.
i really love war flicks but will not watch this one because first, they will make this one overly dramatic. second, no accent? how come? want to share the story to all viewers and accent will make it harder? how come scarface and the godfather are good?.
third, height, the one his portraying is known to be a standout guy and he is not one.
