The orginal The Texas Chainsaw Massacre scared the hell out of me, I was 6 when I first watched it and It just scared the shit outta of me, and I also rented the movie The Gate when I was about 8 and me and my 6 year old brother at the time ended up staying up all night crying, wow its so amazing how scary movie when your young can have such an impact. And Hellraiser also scared me to death when I was young, I was a 6 yr old boy wondering what is Pinhead actually doing lol now I am not so scared and it seems so silly to have been so scared!!!

A little sci-fi gem called ‘Fire in the sky’…..ruined my childhood. The ‘based on true story part’ didnt help much either….

Not a horror movie, but I have never been able to see 2001:A Space Odyssey since I first saw it at 7. The ending sequence freaked me out. I did not see The Exorcist as a kid, but the excellent commericals for it scared me. We rented a house with a door that looked like Regan’s and every time I passed that door, I jumped a little. If I watch The Exorcist today, I sometimes have trouble sleeping. Not that it stops me if I am in a horror movie mood.

Does anyone know the name of the movie (probably from the 70′s) where the granparents killed people, cooked them and fed them to their grandchildren? Eventually, the kids knew they were eating people but were too scared to say anything. The end scene is of the Granparents’ heads in the refrigerator after the kids killed them. Been looking for 25 years!

When I was a child I saw a movie that begua with a couple having dinner in an apartment. Suddenly the woman began to feel strange and her belly grew up, then she gave birth a kind of monster that ate her cat. The monster then transformed into a fully grown man, and called the woman “mom”. She locked herself in the bathroom and then her “son” screamed so loud that all the glasses in the bathroom shattered and the woman died. Then he travels all over the country. In the movie, the good guys are 2 men that are helping a boy to develop some kind of powers so he can fight the evil man. I also remember a scene where the man is driving a car and sees a rabbit in the road, then he accelerates the car and kills it.
Would you help me to find the title of this movie?
