I don’t know about tonight, but I’m really feeling that Castroneves is going to win this whole thing.
First of all, he’s a guy and the past three winners have been men (and the first season winner Kelly Monaco had to go through some BS rematch so the guy could win).
Also, he’s got charm to spare and, most importantly to me, he’s very good, but he’s not TOO good. For example, this Sabrina Bryan girl is TOO good and, not only does that mean that she can’t really improve too much because she’s really good, but the charm of the competition for me (and I’m guessing a lot of people) is seeing someone who’s not a natural/pro dancer improve and become really good.
For that reason, I expect Floyd Mayweather to be the most improved tonight, and I’m thinking Jennie Garth will be the one to go home…she was pretty bad and EXTREMELY terrified last week.
My two cents.
I’d say its Mark Cuban headed home come results night. I just don’t think he was good enough and doesn’t quite have the fan base. I hope Jennie doesn’t go! I liked her.
Also, I think its definitely a woman’s turn to win. Seriously, the women have to do all the work, thats why its so much harder for the women! Pro women can make their men look good. So give the women some credit.

and since I am from san antonio, i have so much dislike for mark cuban cause of all his trash talking about the spurs.
Albert sucks big time.. he’s such a whiner!!! and he’s not a great dancer!!! Using his grandfather to gain votes?? that is such an old trick!!!

Edyta’s dress tonight looked like a Dancing “va-jay-jay”
Impressed by Helio. He is so charming and a great dancer. Unlike Sabrina, he has no background in dancing and picking up choreography. Albert is still pretty good but I like the couple more for his partner. I love Anna!

I agree. I feel the judges went softer on Floyd because they were a bit harsh (score wise) last week. I liked Jennie’s dance and threw all my votes. Even w/that slight tumble. Karina is an amazing dancer, but needs to choreograph more to her partner and less to showcase herself.
Most improved goes to Drew Lachey-so entertaining. Stop reminding us that Sam’s returning.

I think the Cheetah Girl, Sabrina, is really really good. I was also pretty impressed with Jane Seymour and Mel B. I think this is probably another year where a woman will win.
I hope Mark Cuban goes home. He just comes off as a complete jerk & a**hole.

Julianne’s programs always appear to throw every possible move into them and she gets extra points for these difficult programs. I don’t however think that Helio’s performance tonight was a standout. Did he master the dance, the mambo?? I don’t know. The dance lacked ‘real’ emotion and it appears that the judges are more focused on Julianne and making her the star of the show. I will stop watching if Julianne wins because I will know that the agenda is to establish Julianne.
I did not get to watch the men dance last week or the first elimination show. I only watched the initial show with the female celebrities. But I was hearing a lot about the race car driver, Helio, throughout last week. Now I see why! He was really good tonight. But I think that has a lot to do with Julianne. She seems to be an awesome choreographer, and she is a pistol out there, which makes for great and firey dances.
I think that Edyta smiles too much, which takes away from some of the dances. Some dances call for passion, not happy faces. That’s why she and her partner will never win. The celebrities take their cues from their professional partners.
I hope Floyd Mayweather continues to improve; Jennie Garth bores me; and I love that Jane Seymour is able to look like that at 56. SUPER! GO GIRL!
I’m sorry but I still love Jennie Garth and Cameron Mathison. I like some of the others as well but I do think Wayne Newton was the worst and he needs to go home. But I do love Wayne as an entertainer.
Sabrina’s hip-hop experience has no more bearing on her formal ballroom and latin dance techniques than Floyd’s boxing footwork has on his. Previous showmanship, musical talent, and acting offer at least as much advantage. Also, it’s no accident that men are winning more frequently than women since men are more of an accessory to a performance while women are the focus. You could say that the beautiful, young, trim, flashy professional women dancers provide a FAR greater advantage for their partners.
I’m rooting for Cameron and Jennie because I think that once they relax, they can do great!
Everyone seems to be forgetting the terrible-ness that is Wayne Newton? That was the absolute slowest ever quick-step (the recap footage at the end of the show was sped up) without any rythm, “bounce” or dancing, in fact… he just kinda walked around. I feel so bad for his pro. Not fair that his lack of ability should make her look so terrible too.
I agree with Ali. Next year they should definatley get “celebrities” that can still walk without needing a walker…. in fact, it looked like he WAS leaning on her like a poor walker….

I think that Julianne is really awesome! She has so much talent for such a young girl, and I think that her and Helio? they are pretty good. I think Sabrina is good, but something about her makes really annoys me…anyone else know what I mean?
Sorry a little typo…something about HER annoys me! Jennie is good, but she’s too nervous, but I think that will fade, if we all remember correctly, Kelly was really like that in the beginning too, but then she pulled through and won the first season..so it’s possible. How hot is Cameron and that other hot model…man!
Do the judges not know a mambo when they see one. Helio had NO hips, nothing. Julliane is a great one for camoflauging her partners and that’s what she did. A SEVEN for Mel B from Carrie? I can already see the outcome ABC.
Poor Jennie. She looked like she was going to cry after her fall. I agree she’s going to be really good if she can allay her nervousness, but the fall is just going to make her even more insecure.
Besides her, I like Helio. Also, I admit it, I like Albert . . . he’s just so hot! And I was impressed with how improved Marie Osmond was last night.
I like Cheetah Girl’s partner, but I worry that they’re already the judges’ favorites and will be praised to high heaven no matter what they do.

Why are the judges so hard on Mark Cuban? I thought he danced well – and why did they give Jennie 21 when she fell on her butt! It’s Helio or Sabrina to the very end!
i will say that i was impressed with marie osmonds performance last night and im shocking myself that i am saying this. oh and the 80’s called, they want edyta’s headbands back.
I think some of the music is terrible–it doesn’t even match the dance style. Edyta–terrible costume–the worst ever, except for poor Cheryl.
