Vanessa was actually was 15 when she took this picture not realizeing that stupidity of something like this. The pictures were stolen by an ex-boyfriend verified in the National Enquier and this is considered child porn even though she is now 18. She apologized becaused she was embarassed and she was adult enough to make sure that her fans new that she had made huge mistake. If parents checked their kids myspace they would be shocked at what they see. The only one that has a right to judge her is God, unless we have people that are so perfect that they haven’t made a mistake and for another she wasn’t famous yet when the photo was tken in the privacy of her own home and she was doing thunderbirds or had just finished it. She was only 17 when she interviewed for HSM. Her attorney can file charges because it is still against the law.
