omg i just remembered a barbie casette tape that i used to play over and over and over and over and of course perform for all my stuffed animals. I swear to God if I had it right now I would be singing while typing this, but I’m pretty positive my mother chucked it when I wasn’t looking.

I keep checking this, hoping someone will bring up another long-forgotten-yet-eternally-beloved 80s toy…but no one has said anything all day. Sigh. Did anyone ever own/play with/obsess about Sylvanians? And their slightly crappy counterparts from “Maple Town”?

Without a doubt my Monsters of Rock t-shirt from the concert at Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburg, PA summer of 1987…..Van Halen, Metallica, Scorpions and Dokken. I was 16, miles from home obviously without permission. It was so hot on the field they were using firehoses to cool down the crowd. BEST summer of my life.
