I think that German interviewer knows just enough about interviewing to be dangerous…LOL
Japanese TV–I think Dali would have loved it, because everything I’ve ever seen has been on the surreal side.
Nicolas Cage is an anime fan! Oh, I love it!! He just got so many more cool points from me.
For those that don’t know, Smap is a Japanese pop group that has been around for a very long time. That interview reminded me of a funny video b/c this guy was/is (I don’t know my Smap history, sorry) a member of Smap. This is a music video he did for the song for his show “Shingo Mama”:
Look for an appearance by the now deceased “Godfather of Soul” as well. ;D “Ohaaa!!!”
The Vin Diesel interview was crazy. I can’t tell if they were both just messing with each other or not. And there is no “mahna mahna” dance, Vin, dear. Nor is it from Sesame Street. :p
Nevermind the video I posted before. This is a better, more clear, and English subtitled version of “Oha Rock”.
I think it is cool for stuff like this is here for people to veiw. I am new to internet and learning about things. It’s not easy!!!
I think something died on Nicolas Cage’s head!
I have always considered Nicolas Cage to be quite the comedian.
I mean, it really doesn’t get funnier than Wicker Man or the wonk special effects in Ghost Rider. And those are just the unintentionally funny ones.
His dramedy/black comedy movies like Lord of War or Adaptation or Matchstick Men or Raising Arizona prove he can be intentionally witty as well. (and a good actor).
He can also do romantic comedies like Moonlighting.
The only thing I’m not sure if he can pull off is more traditional comedy. But I’ll get to see soon enough when that movie he’s making with Will Smith comes out next year.
So, see, I think I’ve proven that Nicolas Cage isn’t just “today’s funny” but has, in fact, supplied years and years of funny.
