The lords of EW.com, PopWatch, and 007 have given me a do-over, friends — and I need your help!
Last fall, just as Casino Royale was about to roll out in theaters, I put together a list of the best and worst Bond Babes of all time. As it turned out, what started as an exercise in publishing a bunch of super-sexy photos wound up one of our most popular galleries. But as soon as I saw Casino Royale — and, specifically, its stunning leading gal, Vesper Lynd (Eva Green) — I knew I’d have to make a fix. Clearly, Green’s Bond Girl was one of the best of all time. Luckily, the success of the film’s DVD (speshly its high-def version) gives me the perfect chance to make amends. Here’s where you come in: I don’t know where in the list she belongs! This is where my rankings stand now:
10. Melina Havelock (Carole Bouquet), For Your Eyes Only (1981)
9. Tiffany Case (Jill St. John), Diamonds Are Forever (1971)
8. Rosa Klebb (Lotte Lenya), From Russia With Love (1963)
7. Wai Lin (Michelle Yeoh), Tomorrow Never Dies (1997)
6. Xenia Onatopp (Famke Janssen), GoldenEye (1995)
5. Anya Amasova (Barbara Bach), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
4. Jinx (Halle Berry), Die Another Day (2002)
3. Tracy di Vicenzo (Diana Rigg), On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (1969)
2. Pussy Galore (Honor Blackman), Goldfinger (1964)
1. Honey Ryder (Ursula Andress), Dr. No (1962)
I’m thinking that Vesper/Green belongs somewhere in the range of No. 4, but I don’t know which of these fine femmes I’d want to kiss kiss bye bye. So please lend me a hand in shaking and stirring up the list, and then we’ll put up the revised gallery later this week.

I’m thinking Halle Berry just lost her number 4 spot
Oh, I’d put her up pretty high. What a freaking cutie she is.
I think Craig is a pretty good Bond, too, but they did an awful job with that film. I can’t put my finger on exactly what I didn’t like about it, but I couldn’t wait for it to end.
Maybe his next go will be better…
I think Eva is beautiful and has so much class.
i think Halle Berry is overrated as a Bond Girl. Eva should take her place!!!
Josh, we disagree frequently, but on this you are plum WRONG. Daniela Bianchi (the Russian in “from Russia with Love”) was one of the coolest Bond girls of all and deserves more props than “cant act” Ursula Undress and the not even pretty Jill St. John.
And while on the subject of Diamonds are Forever, Plenty O’Toole was a much cooler bond girl, as were bambi and thumper (who was the first woman to show pubic hair in Playboy-burn!)
Just handing out the NO PRIZES like Stan Lee after spending too much time with “Mary Jane” today…
Diana Rigg would be higher if she got to throw guys around like she did on The Avengers.
As for Green, no higher than 6. You can’t touch the top five. Although, I guess some could.
Yeah, Halle Berry is great and all, but she in no way belongs on this list. Pull her out and put Eva at the #4 spot.
And where’s the love for Jane Seymour?
I think Halle Berry is overrated as a decent human being, much less a bond girl. But, hey, as long as Oprah thinks she’s solid…
YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!
I’m with the majority on this one. Dump Halle Berry from the Top Ten and put Eva in there.
Huge Bond fan. Please get Halle Berry off the list. Everything about Die Another Day should be forgotten in the Bond universe, starting with Ms. Jinx
Get her in #3 at least! I’m with everyone else – dump Halle. (Then bump Diana Ragg to #4 and put Eva in at #3. Heck, I’d even consider her #2.) She’s so classy and sexy without being slutty. And the name Vesper Lynd? perfect.
Take Berry off the list. Green is #4.
Her accent sucked.
Uh … Maud Adams as Octupussy, anyone?
Somewhere in the top 3.
Absolutly.
For me she’s #1.
