i love the VCR! I still have movies from the 80s 90s! They last forever! The dvds life span if you take extra good care of them is probably 3 to five years but the vhs taps have been alive for twenty years! I can throw them toss them and chuck a vhs tape anywhere and it will be alright one false throw with the dvd and its all over. Also i hate it when the power goes out and you have to find where you left off on the dvd player but on the vhs all i have to do is click play again! They should have never of stoped selling vcr its the worst thing this world could have done i hate it!
