Just when I thought the view couldn’t get any worse they slap whiny big mouthed lesbian Rosie O donnel on there. And what was with the singing dance number preview they had on for the last week? A train wreck if I’ve ever seen one, and it’ll only get worse as control freak Rosie tries to slowly take over like the fungus she is.
I thought the new couch was way too small. Rosie looked as if she was about to fall ff the edge at any moment. By the way once they get the other new co-host, where will the guest sit? There will not be any more room on the couch, so maybe they will have to sit on the floor.
i’m a big fan of rosie, and i thought she did great. however, everyone has their own opinion, so say what you must. i liked the show and the set, but that’s just me.
I thought the comment from Barbara stating the Rosie will have a problem with Elizabeth was just mean. Elizabeth is the next to go,cause Barbara doesn’t like her and has shown it many times lately……..
i am glad to see rosie back on tv, she is great, although can be a tad loud. one thing though, she really has to stop talking about those damn kids…that is what turned me off her show in the end, i so dont care about them. i also cringe whenever elisabeth opens her mouth, how someone so uninformed about life can be in her position boggles me…but, in all i will still watch. at least star wont be coming back..
Just as long as Rosie knows that Babs wears the pants, she will be fine.
Um, okay, in under the first four freakin minutes, Ro refereced her “bush” … I seriously almost barfed my muffin!
I find Rosie on “The View” a breath of fresh air. She is funny and enligtened on many topics. I think this experience is a soiunding board for a tv show of her own.
I love Rosie as a solo host, but thought her way too overpowering for the View. What’s everyone’s problem with Elisabeth? As a young, conservative mother of two I truly appreciate her input and thoughts. I would love it if they would put another conservative on the View and balance things out a bit. Just because everyone on television is liberal doesn’t mean all of America is, let the other voices be heard Barbara!
Rosie is just too much!!! She talked over everyone else, asked for free stuff from the mommy inventors (hello, isn’t that part of what Barb said was an issue with Star and her wedding???) and is just a rude and crude personality. I can’t watch the view with Rosie on it. She’s screwed up the chemistry and taken over like it’s her show…..I’ll just watchin Fox News from now on.
overall, i give the first week about a two out of ten. boring. it might as well be the ‘rosie’ show, but with the 3 others sitting there, that is totally awkward. why so quiet? the show was nothing like before – was the chemistry so lacking ten years ago when they all started – i don’t think so. and the set is awful. i like to feel like i’m in someone’s living room, not lab experiment. — how cold. i hope it changes, but at this point, it would take a lot to make this foursome work.
Okay…the majority of you people are so negative and judgemental. Clearly you are unhappy in general. The show with Rosie is interesting and has a completely different feel. Granted it’s sometimes not perfect but she is able to add a new feel and additional people who wouldn’t have watched previously. It’s interesting to have an ultraliberal with an ultraconservative at the table. Bottom line is go ahead nad stop watching…every indicaiton is that she has increased those who watch the show and will be a force to be reconed with.
