Apparently, Axl Rose has been attacked. Don’t worry, he’s OK. It was only Tommy Hilfiger.
The designer took two swings at Rose at Rosario Dawson’s birthday party, where the current incarnation of Guns N’ Roses was playing a special, all-acoustic set. Supposedly, Hilfiger was dragged away by his own security detail.
I myself react this way every time I hear "November Rain," so I can understand Tommy’s situation. (There’s no official word on why Hilfiger attacked Rose.)
I repeat: Axl is OK. Chinese Democracy is on schedule.

Seriously! Tommy took swings at Axl. Who cares! I see EW doesn’t have a cover story on Madonna this week.
I guess embarking on a massive tour as one of the most, if not the most, successful female pop star of our time doesn’t merit a cover story, but not even a Daily Blog entry?
Shame on you.. It’s too late now. Or is it? In the meantime:

Dang that Axl has a way of getting under peoples’ skin!Remember when he alienated a bunch of folks by dropping N bombs in his songs and calling gay people “faggots”? Or when he caused riots in a massive coloseum because he was mad at a guy who took his photo? I think Axl needs to get together with Anton Newcombe of BJM and they can both drink and start fights with the whole world. It’s a shame that a guy with so much talent can’t keep his ego under control.

Wow. Axl’s still making people mad. Good thing for Tommy he controlled himself. Rose would have kicked Tommy’s ass so hard, Hilfiger would have had to look up his ass for his designer baseball cap.
