Forgive me for saying this, but if Ashlee Simpson’s nose is, in fact, brand-spankin’-new (pictured is Ash on April 11, at left, and, then, at right, on May 6), that is some damn-fine quality work. Now if she’d just do something about the vocal chords…

makes me wonder…many “singers” will not touch their nose for fear of changing their voice, which it often does. she hasn’t denied it or confirmed, but i think it refreshing to hear some one say, yeah i hated it so i changed it. although i’m sure it’ll be some lame ass deviated septum thing. (i had one for that reason, but they didn’t change the shape.)
I heard she is denying getting plastic surgery…apparently she exists in a world without before-and-after pics?
Anyway, she looks better. But I still hate her.
I heard that they aren’t saying yes or no, just that she is more beautiful than ever, or some crap similar from the people who speak for her.
More obvious to me than the nose job is the fact that she’s trying really hard to look like Kelly Clarkson.
If I were her surgeon, I’d be a little bit pissed off.
I mean, if it IS a nosejob (we’ve only got one photo to go on) it’s a mightyfine one. The doc deserves the kudos.
In the first photo, she looked a little bit like a boxer, but in the second photo, the nose doesn’t reach out and try to challenge you to a fistfight. It’s a peaceful nose – a friendly nose. This nose will not hurt you.
But you know, it seems to be her style (if a person that young and unformed can have a style) – to deny things she’s obviously done, then make up some stoopid story about them, and then come clean as a way to endear herself to, who? Who is listening anymore?
Fame is such a funny thing. Especially when it is undeserved.

They had a picture of her from her West Palm Beach gig last week on Access…She kind of has a little Mena Suvari think going on now. That’s great that she had it done and that it was such a well done job. She was cute before and she’s still cute. To ask who cares? is kind of dumb, though. Clearly, we all do.

Sorry Martin – count me as one that doesn’t care. I only read/opened this because it was written by Michael Slezak. As far as Ashley is concerned I for one hope that her new nose has rendered her incapable of speaking or singing and that we as a nation will finally be rid of her.

They say that she just had the bump on her nose shaved off. BS! They also took 5 lbs of fat from the tip of her nose. anyways, we’ll see what this new “look” would do for her. Im guessing she’ll become more popular than ever; society and hollywood are very superficial. Nobody is going to care that she doesnt have any talent, she just look at her sister. p.s.: i bet her father put her up to it.
I always thought Ashlee was hot, even before the nose job.
