If you’re ancient (like me) and usually cutting ZZZs before midnight, then you might want to set your DVR tonight to record the Late Show with David Letterman. The headlining guest: Howard Stern, the man who just so happens to be a defendant (along with Sirius Satellite Radio) in a lawsuit filed by a division of Letterman’s network, CBS.
Daily News gossip scribes Rush & Molloy reported on Friday that CBS head honcho Les Moonves has been encouraging Letterman ”not to be kind” to Stern, but given Dave’s penchant for poking fun at his bosses, I can’t imagine he’ll be overtly hostile.
Either way, though, it should be good TV.
