Drew Barrymore always seemed to be the type of person who never took herself so seriously, so I wasn’t at all surprised to catch her surprise cameo on SNL.
Drew, Tina and Amy found an elegant solution to a lot of inelegant talk on the web. Top drawer, those guys.

That was great!! Classic Drew — she has always been a favorite, I admire how she can laugh at herself with class.
I am always a fan of celebrities who can make fun of themselves. SNL and Mad TV have had a few such classics. Anyone remember when the real Ike Turner showed up during an Ike Turner sketch? How about the time the real Joe Pesci and Bob Deniro stopped by the “Joe Pesci Show”?
Props to drew for her sense of humor and for producing Donnie Darko. But what was up with the whole relationship to Tom Green?

I love Drew. That was funny-about the only funny thing in that entire episode.
Drew has such a refreshing lack of pretention. Can you imagine Gwyneth or Nicole so readily poking fun at themselves?
Drew rocks. Every female in Hollywood spouts the same story about wanting to show real women with real bodies, and as soon as one shows up in her hot real girl body, she gets ridiculed. Leave it to the fabulous Drew to show the true hipocrisy of the situation. Rock on.

Why go to an award show in front of millions of people with your boobs hanging? Just so people can have something to talk about, and then you can go on SNL to make fun of yourself. HMMM! The whole thing seems arranged to me.

But not this time. Just CAN’T imagine that ANY gal would purposely let them hang to her navel just to spoof it later. We aren’t talking Courtney Love here.
