Okay, we all knew this was coming, especially after only 4 million people tuned in for its one-hour episode on Monday (pitiful!), but now it’s Read the full post.

“Everyone’s laughing and riding and cornholing except Buster.”
Pleeeeeeeese put this show on F/X, Fox. Don’t kill it! You will make sooooooooooo much money on DVD!!!
Lucille, startled by a strange man in her apartment, turns to Michael in a panic, yelling about a ‘colored’ man who attacked her.
Michael (trying to expose his mother’s racism): What color?
Lucille: Blue
Sigh. No one else could get away with that whole scenario. Or the ‘WMDs’ on the cover of TIME magazine.
Fox is the worst thing on TV. That’s right, the whole network.
Please join me in contacting HBO and NBC and asking them to pick it up. We can’t let this show die!
I don’t need none of yo tired ass country club, ya freak bitch!- Byron “Buster” Bluth. I am so pissed right now. this show was second only to Seinfeld. why can’t fox realilze that they have a good show?!
Why does some shows have to have more viewers than others? Is “AD” expensive to make, or something? 4 million people sounds like a lot to me, and I know from personal experience that the people who watch the show are devoted to it. Sigh. It’s just like “Futurama” and “Wonderfalls” all over again. I hate Fox.
I heard about this earlier, and knew that PopWatch would have something to say about it. I hate falling in love with a show, AD, and Kitchen Confidential, which no one has mentioned here, only to have to watch them die. These are two of the best shows on the air this season! Networks seem to love moving their shows around their schedules, so why not come up with another nifty place for these two? I like the NBC idea, but confess to hoping that whoever may pick up AD will also show the love to KC.
Why am I not surprised? FOX kills one of the few brilliant comedies around, yet they give that talentless dimwit Pamela Anderson her own show. Hey FOX, has it ever occurred to you that if you just get rid of That 70′s show (which should’be been cancelled when two of its breakout stars leave) and and Stacked (which should’ve never made it past the pilot) and put AP and KC in those time slots, people will actually watch. Let’s hope that some other network can resue the Bluth family from this setback. Please NBC, ABC, CBS, someone take the Bluths in!
When Lucille asks “Where is my rape horn?” And Buster quietly replies, “Like anyone would want to R her.” Priceless. F U Fox, grow a pair.
OK, the two best for me and my wife, since we quote them at each other as shorthand:
Lucille: “I don’t care for Gob.” (perfect for use when anything isn’t up to standard.)
When Tobias has been hit by a car because he was in full BMG regalia and Michael meets Lindsay at the hospital:
Lindsay: “What were his last words?”
Michael flashes back to Tobias saying “I just blue mnyself.”
Michael tells Lindsay: “He said some wonderful things.”

NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I figured Fox would do this eventualy. Oh well. Forget about Network TV. The Networks are dead. Put out 5 new episodes on a dvd every month and sell it for $9.99. Works for me. One of my favorite lines is from the first episode. When Lucille is talking about homosexuals and says that they are so flamboyant “it just makes me want to set myself on fire”…classic. Goodbye Arrested Developement. We hardly knew ye…gs
My favorite show has been cancelled by FOX….AGAIN! First they played me with Firefly (cancelled after 11 episodes), now they dis me by cancelling Arrested Development. Meanwhile, the War at home is still on. Pitiful.
Fave arrested D moment? Lucille shows up to the boardroom meeting at 1 pm, wasted off her behind. When confronted about how early you need to wake up in the morning to be trashed by 1, the narrater shows how Lucille took painkillers in the morning and mistook the drowsy eye-do-not-drink warning as a winking eye drinking suggestion.
Dude, that sequence made BEER SPILL OUT OF MY NOSE! I am still in pain about it being cancelled. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
this is worse than that time a skunk got caught in the office copier!
I’m devastated. What are they thinking. There is nothing else out there like this.
Michael: George Mihcael what have I always taught you is the most important thing.
Georege Michael: Breakfast
Michael: Family
George Michael: Family, right. I thought you meant of things you eat.
I absolutely LOVED Tobias Funke’s business card as an “Analrapist” – a cross between an analyst and a therapist. I also like the Bananagrabber character and Gob’s desire to obtain the animation rights to it.
How can we petition another network to pick up the show???? It’s such a shame to see ANOTHER quality show go down the tubes. (R.I.P. Freaks and Geeks!)
