I was right!!!! I knew it was Quentin!!!
Woo-hoo, that was one crazy episode!!!
This is my best guess of who the carver is. I think it’s the Surgeon that filled in for Christian when he was cut up. Sorry I can’t remember his name.

My theory is that it cannot be any of the main characters as that would alter the show and alienate some loyal fans. I have a theory about who the Carver is and why he is obsessed with Christian. I feel that the Carver is Christian’s brother. My theory is that when Christian’s mother was attacked by the serial rapist and killer, she stated that she would have been killed too but she escaped. My theory is that she had twin boys and gave them both up for adoption. I think that “the Carver” is the bad son or bad seed and was adopted into an affluent family with all of the priviledge that money can buy but with no love. I also think that he was indulged and given his every desire at the snap of his fingers. I feel that he had a sister who knew that he was adopted and told him at a young age and he became obsessed to find his mother and father. I think that he not only found out about his mother and father but also that he had a twin brother. He became obsessed to find him. I feel like he found out that his brother was a plastic surgeon and became one himself and insinuated himself in Christian’s life. I feel that Quinton is the brother and Kitt is Quinton’s adopted sister. I feel like they’ve been having sex together and sharing their partners with each other for years. I feel like Quinton carved Kitt as a lesson for getting ahead of his plan. I feel that Kitt is in love with Christian and maybe Kimber too and wanted to separate them. Quinton just wants to hurt Christian. Quinton knows that Christian is in love with Julia so he goes after her to seduce her. I first suspected Kitt’s involvement when she located Christian’s mother while he was being questioned about his involvement into the “Carver” murder. I thought it odd that she would do that and considered that could be another reason why Quinton would have to put her in her place. Another reason why I think Kitt is involved is the letter that Kimber wrote to Christian. It sounded just like the things that Kitt was telling her while they were a threesome.
I have thought of every scenerio and this is the only one that makes sense to me.

The carver has to be Dr. Bobbilet from the last 2 seasons.. there was no mention on what happened to him at the end of the 2nd season. No one even said he died. Besides no one would expect him, he hates Christian (especially when he tried to cut his face off) and Sean, and I think the writers wanted us to forget what happened to him so they could just bring him back later.

Logically the carver can not be someone the police have suspected, i.e. Liz, Quentin is far to obvious and the preview of the finale has shown Quentin tied up and carved, along with both Shawn and Christian, as for me I do not have a guess as to who the carver is but there is a list of 4 reasonable suspects, 1 Gina 2 Merill 3 Jude?(fake british dude) 4 Ava, if it is in fact not one of those 4 then nip/tuck will officaially be the best show ever

Here’s my theory as to who the Carver is. It’s Christians twin brother. They’ve said it’s going to be a main character, well the show can’t lose any of it’s main characters, so they will duplicate one. Here are a few things to think about …
1) Twins would share the same DNA.
2) Why would they make such a big deal about bringing Christians mother into the show?
3) It’s someone who is obviously pissed at Christian … the evil twin got the brunt of the adoption and he’s making Christians life hell.

Its impossible for gina to be the carver. you forget she’s HIV positive which means that at least one of her victims would have to be HIV positive. Also, the carver isnt going to be someone that is a main character or is constantly being seen throughout the show. it will be someone who isnt really involved in Sean’s life, but more so in Christian’s or Kimbers. It couldnt be Christians father because that would make the carver like 60 something or higher.

I think that the Carver could be any of the following people: Dr. Quentin Costa, Christian’s biological father or Matt’s girlfriend’s father. I am almost leaning towards the racist guy (Ariel Adlerman’s dad) as he is inufsed by hate and anger, and preaches it to his family. Damn, what a show!
