It’s been about a decade since we’ve seen Rick Moranis on screen. The Honey I Shrunk the Kids star tells USA Today it’s because he’s been busy being a single dad. Now, however, he’s resurfaces with a CD of novelty country songs. The title, The Agoraphobic Cowboy, hints at another possible reason for his reclusiveness, as do the lyrics to ”I Ain’t Goin’ Nowhere” (a clever parody of the Hank Snow/Johnny Cash chestnut ”I’ve Been Everywhere”). You can hear that song and one other (”Nine More Gallons”) streaming at the former SCTV comic’s homepage.

The real question would be, I think, “Has anybody missed Rick Moranis?”
Rick Moranis is awesome. I miss him in movies, but I’m glad that he has a new project. I’ve heard his song “Nine More Gallons” and think it’s hilarious.
I’m glad that Rick has a new project and I wish him all the best. I really did enjoy his movies. He brought a lot of laughter and we need that in these stressful times. Also, he seems to be a decent person being a single parent which is a big responsibilty. God bless.

Besides his new ( pretty new) album is breathtaking!!! ( I am not big fan of country-music, but when i heard his first 2 songs my thoughts changed in one minute!) Now i have all his songs, which i listen every evening!
( I can’t wait for more!)… 
I think Rick is wonderful person, not only as actor ( but i must confess – he’s my favourite) and as singer!
So, more activities from him!!!

i think rick moranis is great i’d like to see him in more stuff, he was a hot geek back in the day, pity he’s past his prime.
Im 23 and I think hes still hott I love that nerdy complex look in men.And he’s Canadian.Thought I wish he’d added his voice to the new Ghostbuster’s game thats coming out soon.Hes one of the main actors that made that movie great.Luv ya Rick
