I think Jeri Hall would do a FAB job!! Or Janeane Garofilo. Perhaps both, together, sort of as the ying and yang of fashion, celebrity, etc. Jeri has such a great way of expressing herself and is not shy about asking questions. Plus, she’s kinda ditsy. Same for Janeane, but in a different style. They could also dig at each other for fun.
God, I love Kojo (Steven Codjacara), but he’s probably too sick. He has all the right stuff for red carpet.
Kathy Griffin is so hilarious! If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be watching E!’s coverage at all. Put her on the red carpet and I bet more people would be talking about E! the next day at the water coolers than the actual awards shows! My vote is for Kathy all the way!
I liked the suggestion of Guilinna Depandi. Her and Patrick Stinson would be good together. Or Meredith Viera and Joy Behar, or Kelly Ripa. I dont like Kathy, I think she is rude. And Star was ok, but that interview with Terry O’Quinn was insulting!!! He was a nominee!! I know more about these people than Star, Joan, or Melissa.
Guilianna (or whatever her name is) is a wreck. She shouldn’t be hosting ANYTHING on any chanel. I’d give it to Kathy.

star jones was a travesty. kathy and carson would be great. i adore her – but think they should keep it to the tone/banter they had on the fashion show after the last emmys. i mean, she should definitely have some fun out there, but we’re not really watching the show to see these people totally humiliated. that’s the line joan managed to walk all those years and if kathy can walk that line, she could be doing it for years as well….
Just glad to see Star gone. However, do not under any circumstances want to see Kathy Griffin or Joan Rivers.
The producers need to get an exciting face and personality. Just do not pull from the “OLD” sack. Get a new and refreshing face. Have always watched E Red Carpet, but if Kathy comes on board, I will be gone to anothe channel. That’s just a fact.

kathy all the way! she can tone it down a little, but i think any celeb who takes themselves so seriously they won’t give kathy an interview doesn’t deserve airtime. i think being a good sport and having fun with kathy would make any celeb look better. and kathy probably actually KNOWS who the people are!
Please get rid of the Kathy person. She’s not even funny. I almost didn’t watch the Emmy’s this year because of her and I’ve talked to plenty of other people who feel exactly the same.
Really miss Joan & Melissa. Get them back quick if at all possible! You are going to lose viewers.
